1. INTAKE
When a project is first brought to RedShift, we review the budget, project timeline, and the existing financing plan to assess your IL tax credit eligibility and provide you with a tax credit estimate.

2. DEVELOPMENT & PREP
Once a project enters development with RedShift, we consult with producers on their productions cash flow, assess the project’s need for debt financing, and begin the tax credit administration process by submitting an application to the IL Film Office.

3. PRODUCTION & POST
Once a project goes into production, we are with the producers every step of the way as they manage their production spend and collect necessary documentation.

4. POST & WRAP
Once a project wraps, we aim to close the books as quickly as possible, collect all the necessary documents, and work with our network of select IL CPA’s to submit your tax credit attestation to the IL Film Office.
